Thanks to the patented, fully automatic stud length adjustment system, all dimensions from 6 mm to 30 mm can be fed and welded with a standard stud diameter without time-consuming retooling. Components with a large number of studs of the same diameter - but different lengths - can therefore be processed

The digital automatic welding head RAPIDOR QF is designed for the semi- and fully automatic stud welding of welded studs, bushings and pins according to the following processes (ISO 4063:2008):
