CNC systems

CNC-controlled stud welding replaces manual positioning with programmed weld points. The system moves to the positions automatically and repeatably. This reduces the need for templates, stops and mechanical positioning aids. Different welding patterns can be implemented through programs. The reproducible sequence reduces dependence on the operator, increases output and simplifies operation after appropriate instruction.
