KAH-100D automatic welding head

The KAH-100 D digital automatic welding head is designed for semi-automatic and fully automatic stud welding of threaded welding studs, bushes and pins using the following processes:
– Capacitor discharge welding according to process no. 786 in ISO 4063:2008
– Short-cycle drawn arc and drawn arc welding according to process nos. 783 and 784 in ISO 4063:2008

in 0.1 mm increments using a single reference welding element;
Reliable detection of non-conforming welds with plain-text indication on the higher-level control system (CNC)
and simultaneous program stop
