One welding head. Two feeding routes.
Pneumatic manual stud feeding supplements the main automatic feed for small batch sizes or additional stud sizes. When a component requires many identical studs and only one or two studs of another size, it can avoid the cost and complexity of an additional vibratory bowl feeder.
Variant 01
Semi-automatic manual feeding
The stud is inserted manually and advanced pneumatically into the hose. When requested by the control, it is blown to the welding head.
Variant 02
Small magazine
Several studs are placed manually in a feed channel or small magazine and then conveyed automatically.
Variant 03
Hose system
A hose system version is also available for drawn arc studs without a flange.
