Rapidor QF automatic welding head
Thanks to the patented, fully automatic bolt length adjustment system for the bolt lengths, all dimensions from 6 mm to 30 mm can be fed in and welded with a standard bolt diameter without time-consuming retooling. Components with a large number of bolts of the same diameter - but different lengths - can thus be processed even more economically and efficiently.
The digital automatic welding head RAPIDOR QF is designed for the semi- and fully automatic stud welding of welded studs, bushings and pins according to the following processes (ISO 4063:2008):
