Fully automatic stud feeding with a robust mechanical system for welding elements from 6 to 50 mm in length.
BZ-V01 stud singulation
From storage to correctly oriented feeding
The BZ-V01 feeds welding elements from the stud supply to the downstream welding system using a mechanical system. Mechanical guidance separates and positions the studs in the correct orientation.
Mechanically guided. Flexibly adjustable.
Run-on time and vibrator speed can be controlled separately. The quick-change system allows switching between different stud diameters and feed hoses.
