DA-800M stud welder
The DA-800M, with its modern dialog operator guidance and its compact and robust design, represents the entry-level class in stud welding with drawn arc and short cycle drawn arc.
A multifunctional four-inch display and the modern processor control enable reliable and process-safe use. Its compact dimensions make it particularly suitable for harsh assembly conditions on construction sites.
Effective air flow with a thermostatically controlled fan guarantees high welding sequences and duty cycles. The DA-800M can be operated with our DA-10 / DA-10M and DA-12 / DA-12M welding guns.

- Digital path measuring system enables easy adjustment of bolt protrusion and lift dimension;
- If the preset minimum values for bolt protrusion, lift dimension and melting dimension (immersion) are not reached, automatic notification through color coding of the respective parameter that the limit value has been exceeded here;
- Library function: permanently stored welding times for RD, PS and IS studs/pins and additional variable, user-defined welding times can be saved;
- Thermostatically controlled fan.
