The inverter DAI-2300 is a high-performance inverter for stud welding with drawn arc (up to a welding diameter of 22mm) and short-cycle drawn arc. Due to its high performance and its extremely stable arc, the device guarantees a high level of process reliability in all welding areas.
Ease of use, a multifunctional four-inch display and welding program storage enable optimum ease of use. The inverter is also characterized by convenient handling and high reliability in mobile use on construction sites. Generously dimensioned fixed and swivel castors enable transport even under unfavorable environmental conditions.

PASSENDE GERÄTETECHNIK (Beispiele):

Nachstehend sind einige Schweißpistolen mit und ohne Wegmesssystem aufgeführt, die mit dem DAI-1300 in seiner Leistungsklasse verwendet werden können. Die Pistolen mit integriertem Wegmesssystem ermöglichen die einfache Einstellung und Korrektur von Bolzenüberstand, Abhubmaß, Eintauchmaß und Kolbengeschwindigkeit durch einfaches Ablesen am
Inverter. Diese Parameter werden sofort mit Anschließen der Pistole auch ohne aktivierte elektrische Prozesskontrolle am Inverter angezeigt. Zusammen mit der optionalen elektrischen Prozesskontrolle werden diese Daten zur Überwachung der Qualität abgespeichert.
