CDP-99M stud welder
Digital path measurement (lift, immersion, stud protrusion, speed) and digital process monitoring (also of the welding current and energy content) and many other library functions for permanently stored or variably saved welding parameters, including optional multi-point operation. This innovative device series represents the latest state of the art with the latest microprocessor control, one-button operation, powerful inverter charging parts and a large 4-inch graphic display. Diameters from 3 mm to 10 mm can be welded more reliably. All important parameters can be read off or set immediately thanks to the simple dialog user guidance. Only the most important and important parameters for the user are displayed in the main menu. The charging voltages are clearly displayed in the form of a bar graph and depend on the respective welding diameter; the operator can adapt this precisely to the respective welding task using the displayed diameter range. The welding circuit is electronically monitored. Error codes as well as software expansion options and submenus support the operator with regard to service friendliness. The thermostatically controlled high-performance cooling system guarantees high welding sequences at all times, especially in rough everyday use with all automation applications. Charging voltage and capacity monitoring are of course state of the art.

- Electronically clocked inverter charging parts enable very short charging cycles with a high welding rate: this means that very high cycle rates are possible;

even without optional process monitoring and recording; - If the preset minimum values for bolt overhang, lift dimension, and melt-off dimension

activating the full-scope process monitoring; - Soft start function for gentle charging of the capacitors after a long standstill;
- STOP function for all error messages (internal to the device or process-related), i.e., automatic
interruption of the welding operation; - State-of-the-art HMI: Simple dialog operator guidance through menu structure and one-button operation as well as display of all parameters relevant to the operator on a large four-inch graphic display;
