Stud welding with drawn arc with the UD pin type. These pins are available in the following materials: steel (4.8), stainless steel (A2-50). Type UD pins are standard according to DIN EN 13918:2018 and can be used with aluminum brazing from diameter 6-16 together with type UF ceramic rings or under shielding gas without aluminum brazing (max. up to diameter 10). Pins and ceramic rings are always supplied as a matching unit. They are suitable for manual or fully automatic stud welding. The dimensions can be found in the table below.
