Reduced threaded bolt RD
Stud welding with drawn arc with the type reduced threaded stud RD. These threaded studs are available in the following materials: steel (4.8), stainless steel (A4-70) and stainless steel (A2-50). Other materials on request. The reduced threaded stud of type RD is standard according to DIN EN ISO 13918 and can be used as a stud with aluminum brazing from M6-20 together with ceramic rings of type RF or under inert gas without aluminum brazing (max. up to M12). They are suitable for manual or fully automatic stud welding. The dimensions can be found in the table below.
