The data sheet lists M5, M6, M8, M10 and M12. Length l₂ ranges from 15 to 30 mm depending on the version. M8 and M10 have variants with different outside diameters. Other lengths are available on request.

ID internally threaded bushes are available in steel 4.8 and stainless steel A2-50. The data sheet gives the alternative designations St. 37 and 1.4301. Other materials are possible by agreement.
What is an ID internally threaded bush?
An ID internally threaded bush is a weldable welding element with an internal thread. After welding, a screw can be screwed into the bush. The bush has no external thread.
Which process is used to weld ID?
Type ID is designed for drawn arc stud welding and conforms to DIN EN ISO 13918:2018. The bushes are suitable for manual and fully automatic welding processes.
How do I read the dimensional table?
d₆ denotes the internal thread, d₂ the bush outside diameter and b the thread depth. l₁ is length before welding and l₂ length after welding. d₃ and h₄ describe the weld collar. Dimensions are in millimetres; angle α is 140° ± 7°.
Which ceramic ferrules are used?
ID internally threaded bushes are used with type UF ceramic ferrules. Bushes and ceramic ferrules are supplied as a matching set.
