The TSV-01 is a configurable table welding fixture for series production of small parts. The workpiece fixture, welding head, feeding system and control are tailored to the application.
Welding head
The automatic welding head can be KAH-100D or RAPIDOR QF The documented processes include capacitor discharge, short-cycle drawn arc and drawn arc welding for welding elements in accordance with DIN EN 13918; the existing process specification is EN ISO 14555.
Feeding
Semi-automatic and fully automatic stud feeding are possible. The configuration is selected to suit the production process.
Control
A freely programmable Siemens PLC with touchscreen controls the table system. The process is started using the two-hand control.
The structure consists of torsion-resistant aluminium profiles. The existing configuration specification states: CE-compliant, designed in accordance with the Machinery Directive.
Example configuration: stove pipes
One documented TSV configuration combines a raised stand with a fixture for welding stove pipes. The example includes a KAH-100D, a CDP-99M and a stud feeding system.
