The stud diverter makes particularly effective use of the benefits of the RAPIDOR QF automatic welding head. A stud diverter can, for example, control two automatic stud feeding systems, allowing two different stud lengths of the same diameter to be processed with one RAPIDOR QF. Adding manual insertion allows further stud lengths to be welded.
The major cost advantage: ONE head with TWO or THREE stud feeding systems! (Fully automatic and/or manual insertion)
