The insulated mobile workbench combines a spacious work surface with a height-adjustable cantilever arm. For manual and automatic stud welding – configured for your application.
Application example with welding equipment. The tool, stud welder and feeding system are selected to suit the task.

The temperature-resistant plastic worktop with T-slots provides space for the workpiece and clamping equipment. Two toggle-action earth clamps secure the workpiece and establish the earth connection.

- Swivel castors with locking brakes for flexible positioning.
An earth connection to the workpiece is still required when the table construction is insulated.
Cantilever arm with height adjustment
The cantilever arm supports tool guidance at right angles to the workpiece. Height is adjusted using a hand crank; a gas spring assists the movement.
- Tool guidance at a 90° angle to the workpiece.
- Integrated cable routing keeps the working area tidy.
- Manual welding gun, automatic welding gun or welding head with a suitable mount.
- Also suitable for drilling, tapping or an extraction system with an appropriate mount.

Manually operated stud welding
A complete configuration with workbench, cantilever arm, manual welding gun and stud welder is available on request. The manual gun is loaded with studs by hand. A tripod mount or positioning tube for templates, and an operating handle, are selected to suit the task.
Automatic stud feeding
Combination with an automatic welding gun and stud welder – with either manual stud insertion or fully automatic feeding. Positioning tubes with Ø 20, 22, 26 or 30 mm are available for templates. Welding heads are selected following technical consultation.
The scope of supply, tool mount and equipment combination are specified during the enquiry.

Which welding guns and welding heads can be used?
Manual welding guns, automatic welding guns or welding heads can be attached using a suitable mount. The tool, adapter and, where applicable, feeding system are selected following technical consultation.
Can the arm be mounted on an existing table?
The cantilever arm is available separately under 90-050-5016. Mounting and the suitability of the existing workstation should be agreed in advance.
